Construciton of this traditional stone villa commenced late 2007. Completion date: December 2008.
the house
The single level four bedroom home occupies 180 square meters. It has a pitched roof over the living and kitchen areas, and a flat roof terrace over the bedroom accommodation.
the outside areas
The home has terrace, outdoor kitchen and patio areas which make use of the existing stone features and shepherd hut.
