Villa Troy - Vamos
This new architect designed traditional stone villa is being built on the clients plot of land. Construction commenced late 2007. Expected completion date is August 2008.
the house
The single level four bedroom home will occupy 180 square meters. It will have a pitched roof over the living and kitchen areas, and a flat roof terrace over the bedroom accommodation.
the outside areas
This home will have terraces and patio areas, making use of the existing stone features and shepherd hut.
