Manolis' Villa Renovation - Vamos

The project involved the renovation of two adjoining stone village houses and the leveling and landscaping of the courtyard area.

Initially, the work involved making good the existing structure and where possible repairing the original stonework. Once this was completed and the structure was stable, the remaining renovation work could be carried out.

Once the stonework walls and roof were made good (habitable) the exterior rendering was applied to both houses in the colour chosen by the owner. Finally, the couryard areas were landscaped to allow maximum use to be made of a limited area.

The renovation was completed in 2000.

The current owners have erected a free standing pool in the yard, visible in photographs.
