A traditional stone built 120m2 single level, three bedroom family villa , built in Gavalochori.
The house is laid out under a beamed pitched roof, with a small cement reinforced flat roof area over the lounge living area. The living area, dining area and lounge are interlinked and can be used in an 'open-plan' layout, or as self-contained rooms.
The outside areas consist of paved patio areas, with the foundation for an outdoor kitchen, basement storage rooms under the balcony terrace and retaining walls offering landscaped gardens around the house.
