Troy's House

Construciton of this traditional stone single level home commenced late 2007 and was competed at the end of 2008.

The house comprises a main living area/lounge, kitchen with utility and laundry rooms, which benefit from a beamed pitched roof. The four bedrooms with bathrooms and an ensuite are finished with a wood cladded ceiling below a concrete flat roof. A small mezzanine level above the living room provides storage space.

External finish is local stone with pale coloured mortar. Internally the walls combine a mix of stone and plastered finish.

Double glazed windows and doors, stone fireplace, central heating, and tiling was carried out by Vamos Villas.

Extensive terracing around the house, patios and roof terrace provide ample outside living areas.

Additional work was carried out on the boundary walls, outdoor kitchen area and some landscaping.
