Litsarda is a small traditional village with a well known top class pizzeria that can be reached in five or six minutes from the houses. The closest beaches can be found either in Kalyves and Almyrida to the north or Georgioupolis which is a short drive towards the east. Whichever way you choose it's about a 10-minute journey. The actual plot enjoys views of the White Mountains and much of Souda Bay with the open sea beyond. The immediate area surrounding the plot consists of olive groves, a few other houses and rural smallholdings.
